Bottled and Racked

Bottled the Brown last night, tasted great, i never dry hopped and we'll see if i regret that or not but i don't think i will.

Racked the Panama Red out of the carboy into another one and added boiled gelatin - i'll bottle thursday or friday i presume, smelled great

The ESB will not stop bubbling...hrmmmm
